HOW TO MAKE AN ONLINE PURCHASE 

  • Register on the site;
  • Select the item you want by clicking on it;
  • Select the size and colour you want by clicking on it (if an item is not available, it will have an “X” above it);
  • Add the item to the shopping basket by clicking on the “add to basket” option;
  • Repeat this process until you have added all the items you want to buy to your basket;
  • To finalise the purchase, click on the shopping cart, check that all the items you want are there and click on the “secure checkout” option;
  • Fill in all the information requested;
  • Proceed to payment;
  • Once your purchase has been successfully completed, you will receive a notification to the email address you used to register with our shop, confirming your purchase and giving you a purchase code.

 

ONLINE PAYMENTS AND SECURITY

At GREENFITS you can choose one of the following payment methods: MBway and Multibanco Reference.

In the case of MBWay payments, as soon as the payment has been successfully completed, you will receive a notification in the email address you used to register with our shop confirming the payment.

In the case of ATM payments, you will first receive the payment details in the email you used to register. You have 24 hours from the moment you make the purchase to make the payment. If the payment is made successfully and within the stipulated period, you will receive a new email confirming the payment. Please note that if the transaction is not successfully completed within the stipulated period, your purchase will be cancelled.
